Addressing a program organized at historical Shaktipith (center of power) Balsundari at Bhagwanpur VDC, situated at the southern border area of Siraha, Vice President Jha said splits among Madhes based parties caused the area to be affected.[break]
Local people should take concern about development budget provided by the government, he said and added that Terai and Madhes could not make progress in comparison with hilly area.
Earlier, Vice President Jha offered worship and prayer to Balsundari Bhagwati.
He inaugurated Garden Park at Bhagwanpur VDC, built at the cost of Rs. 700 thousand, including voluntary labor.
At the program, presided over by the Chairperson of Construction Committee, Dev Narayan Yadav, Minister of State for Tourism and Civil Aviation, Shatrughan Prasad Singh Koiri also expressed his opinion.
