Locals of Aapgachi had obstructed vehicular movement along the highway for around two hours demanding an action against the culprit who manhandled Dinesh Khadka, a local. The locals said Khadka was beaten up by a bus staff.
The locals called off the obstruction at around 10 a.m. after the police vowed to take action against the culprits.
