The industry was constructed at a total cost of Rs 100 million, said Hari Prasad Marahattha, chairman at the industry. He added that the industry has started producing fertilizer in powder form and sending it in the market; however, the organic fertilizer in grain and liquid form is yet to be send to the market.
These products are waiting permission from the Ministry, he added. The industry has the capacity of generating 50,000 metric tonnes fertilizers annually and it has sent its productions to different 26 districts.
General Manger at the industry Vasudev Acharya said the industry has machines worth Rs 40 million and the government has provided fifty per cent subsidy to buy the machines. RSS
