DUBAI, Jan 13: Kuwait’s Prime Minister Sabah al-Khalid al-Sabah on Wednesday presented the resignation of his cabinet to the emir, Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmed al-Sabah, the state news agency KUNA reported.
