In the matches held at the Lab Cricket Ground, Jhapa defeated Dhanusha by 37 runs, Rupandehi outplayed Kathmandu by eight wickets and Palpa beat Kailali by six runs. Likewise, Dang defeated Mahottari by five wickets while Morang and Makawanpur got walkover from Lalitpur and Rautahat, respectively.
Batting first, Jhapa mustered 111 runs losing all wickets in 19.1 overs and in reply bundled out Dhanusha for 74 runs in 15 overs. Man-of-the-match Neema Lama of Jhapa scored the highest 21 off 13 and claimed three wickets of Dhanusha.
