ICC confirms dates for WCL Div 5

KATHMANDU, Aug 6: International Cricket Council (ICC) confirmed dates of Pepsi World Cricket League Division 5 on Thursday. According to the ICC press release on Thursday, the event, scheduled to be held in Kathmandu, will be staged from February 20 to 27.



Six teams - Nepal, Fiji, Jersey, USA and two qualifiers from The Pepsi World Cricket League Division (WCL Div. 6) will compete in the event.



The Pepsi ICC WCL Division 6 (WCL Div. 6) will be held in Singapore from 29 August until 5 September with teams from Singapore, Guernsey, Malaysia, Bahrain, Botswana and Norway battling it out in one group across three venues, Kalang, Singapore CC and Indian Association. The top two teams from WCL Div. 6 will win promotion to Division 5.
