Hearing on MRP tender postponed

KATHMANDU, Aug 1: The Supreme Court on Sunday postponed the hearing on the writ petition relating to the machine readable passport (MRP) tender to Oberthur Technologies after assigned Justice Gauri Dhakal declined to take up any cases saying she did not want to decide any case two days before her retirement.

The court has yet to decide a new date for the hearing.
