KATHMANDU , Jan 5: Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance Limited (GMBFL) have signed an agreement with Nepal Clearing House Ltd (NCHL). Issuing a statement on Monday, the finance company said that it signed the agreement with the NCHL to affiliate itself with the interbank payment system.

GMBFL's General Manager Dinesh Lal Shrestha and NCHL's CEO Nilesh Man Singh Pradhan signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. "Following the signing of the agreement, NCHL will allow the system of interbank electronic payment service to GMBFL," reads the statement.
