According to Chhetri, Army Chief General Rookmangud Katawal and General Kul Bahadur Khadka are scheduled to address the conference on Monday. Defense Ministry’s acting Secretary Ganesh Raj Joshi and Defense Ministry Spokesperson Sridhar Pokharel attended the inaugural session.
