'Ford Heritage Month' concludes

KATHMANDU, July 7: Ford´s special event ´Ford Heritage Month´ concluded in Nepal with a grand finale held at Soaltee Crownee Plaza, Kathmandu. According to a press statement issued by the company, the entire Ford Showroom was turned into a heritage themed exhibition area and the building was covered with heritage building image. [break]



The company displayed vintage Fords -- Model A, Mustang and Prefect -- in Durbar Marg as well as at its showroom. "Vintage Fords rallied around Kathmandu along with the latest Ford line up," said the statement. The finale of Ford Heritage Month was celebrated with felicitation of vintage Ford owners, who were presented with appreciation letter from Ford Motor Company and miniature of Model A by Lokmanya Golchha, chairman of Golchha Organisation. The vintage car owners felicitated today were Kendra Bikram Shah, Raj Shah, Tashi Lama, Umang Bagaria, Vikash Dugar and Grishma Shrestha, according to the statement.
