Kamal Khatri, treasurer of the the peasants´ body along with a dozen other members padlocked the office this morning.
They have also chanted slogans demanding action against the corrupt.
"If there is corruption in the office, then there are legal ways to seek justice. This is not a proper way of protesting," said Shah talking to Republica.
