FNCCI team off to Bhutan

KATHMANDU: A team of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) on Sunday left for Thimpu for trade promotion between Nepal and Bhutan.



During the visit, the FNCCI team led by President Suraj Vaidya will hold talks with the members of Bhutan Chamber of Commerce and Industry on trade promotion, mutual cooperation and strengthening ties of private sector between the two countries, a press released issued by FNCCI said. [break]



The team will hold discussion with official of Druk Holding and Investments on the issues of investment in hydropower, extension of joint investment and promotion of bilateral trade and economy. Likewise, the team will also meet Bhutanese King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay.
