ITAHARI, Oct 15: The District Natural Disaster Relief Committee, Sunsari, has released Rs 218.4 million in compensation to loss of land and crops here to 1,781 families so far as per the government´s decision to compensate the people affected by Koshi floods last year.

The government had decided to release a total of Rs 1.84 billion to those affected by the flood.
