"The commission is making final preparations for the polling centres", said Commission spokesperson Bir Bahadur Rai.
He also said that the EC is working for human resources management essential for the elections.
The Commission has also organized training on various aspects of the election, approved the election observation guidelines and processing the voters list, said Rai.
