A hand written pamphlet of Samyuktaa Jatiya Morcha was recovered from the spot, local Manoj Rana Magar informed.
Meanwhile, DSP Manoj Yadav said that a minor socket bomb went off at Mukurchi and a police squad was mobilized in the area for the investigation.
The bomb explosion has spread panic among students who have flocked to Murkuchi Higher Secondary School to appear in Grade XI exams, chairman of school management committee Ganesh Thapa Magar said.
