According to Dr Purushottam Sedhai of Achham District Hospital, the deceased are 8-year-old Kalpana Bohara of Oligaun-5 and 49-year-old Theve Nepali of Hisama-6. Altogether 15 people have died of the disease in Achham so far.
The diarrheal epidemic has affected more than 2,000 people of 34 VDCs in the district.
