According to the Area Police Office, Tulasipur the robbers barged into the Siddhartha hardware store at 7:30 pm on Monday and looted Rs. 93,000 at gun-point. The looters brandishing a pistol took hold of the proprietor Khamba Bahadur Oli and looted the cash from him. [break]
However, one of the looters was caught by a policeman in plainclothes and locals while giving them a chase. Rs. 43,000 of the looted cash was recovered from him.
The other looters, however, managed to flee. He has been kept in custody at the Area Police Office, Tulasipur.
