"We want the new constitution written in a peaceful manner. But we will cross all hurdles and move ahead with the people if reactionary forces tried to sabotage the peace process," he said while inaugurating the first national conference of the Maoist´s All Nepal People´s Artists´ Organization.
Stating that the relevance of the people´s revolt has not yet been over, he asked his cadres to remain alert if situation demands so.
Without naming the issue, he said, "The current problem is much more complicated than all other problems we have ever faced. But we will not lose this battle. Since we have been winning all the battles and we must win it too."
He said the Maoists´ peaceful journey had reached at a critical stage. "We have reached a critical situation to take a bold decision," he said.
A visibly tired Dahal said the past three years (since the Maoist joined the peace process in November 2006) were much painful. "We have not enjoyed in the government as we have not yet been able to ensure the people´s rule," he said.
In his rhetoric criticism of other political parties, he charged that those who killed people to stop the progressive change in the past, were trying to disrupt the peace process now.

The Maoist cadres had captured the buidling of a garment factory owned by an Indian national.
