Constable Suresh Kumar Sah, 24, and Diwas Karki, 20, of Dharan-17, were arrested while they were trying to rape a 14-year-old girl in the Patanali forest. Locals apprehended the two and handed them over to the police.
Those absconding are Pradip Sah, and Muhammed Noor Musalman.
