At a meeting held in Sheetal Niwas on Thursday morning, President Yadav urged Regmi to render all efforts to make the November 19 CA elections a success, a source privy to the meeting said.
During a half-an-hour meeting, Chairman Regmi briefed President Yadav on the elections preparation review meeting held in Singa Durbar yesterday and other matters related to the upcoming Constituent Assembly elections. [break]

President Yadav had also asked Regmi about the sporadic attacks and poll-opposing activities in the districts outside the Kathmandu Valley during the meeting.
Answering the query, Regmi said the government has almost reached the final stage of election preparation while security forces including Nepal Army personnel have been deployed to the designated places as part of integrated security plan.
With the political parties already into election activities, the government will not leave a single stone unturned to successfully hold the upcoming CA elections in free, fair and peaceful manner, assured Regmi.
