Soon after assumed office, Rayamajhee announced seven areas of priority for his nearly eight-month long tenure. He said he would give first priority to enforce a new strategic plan for the judiciary.

Rayamajhee, who succeeded Kedar Prasad Giri, further said in his commitment paper made public to media that he would introduce a scientific case management system aimed at speedy justice delivery. For this, specialized panel system will be enforced, he said.
Rayamajhee said he would set up a directorate to ensure implementation of court verdicts and orders. Similarly, he also promised to enforce new set of code of conduct for judicial discipline and accountability.
