Chaudari named 'HR Manager of the Year'

KATHMANDU, March 26: Krishna Raj Chaudhari, chief manager, human resources of Nirdhan Utthan Bank, has bagged the title of BEE HRMTM -- HR Manager of the Year 2014. He was awrded with cash prize of Rs 50,000 during the HR Meet organized by Growth Sellers.

Rajan Khanal, secretary of Ministry of General Administration, inaugurated the 8th edition of HR Meet amid a a function on Thursday.Mohan Ojha, managing director of Growth Sellers, said 200 participants from different institutions took part in the HR Meet. "The HR meet is organized annually with an aim to discuss various issues of human resources and to award one managers who makes contribution for the development of HR in Nepal," said Ojha.

Shekhar Golchha, vice president of FNCCI, spoke about industrial relations in Nepal, while Sujaya Banerjee, chief talent officer and senior vice president HR at Essar Group, dwelt on talent management. India's leading motivational speaker Naseer Khan delivered his speech on 'The Leadership of Tomorrow'.

BEE HRMTM was the title sponsor of HR MEET.
