Speaking to media persons at the Biratnagar Airport on Sunday, Nepal said, “CA polls will be held even if the agitating parties decide to boycott it.” He, however, said that the government was holding talks with the agitating parties in a bid to bring them on board the election process. Nepal also ruled out the possibility of a new government prior to the CA polls.
