Roshan Sapkota, 13, was killed while his brother Bibek was injured after the motorcycle (Na 7 Pa 2694) they were riding hit a bicycle.
The bicyclist Rupa Poudel and Bibek are undergoing treatment in Bharatpur Medical College.
