Baral appointed secretary

KATHMANDU, June 1: Joint- secretary at the Legislature-Parliament Thakur Prasad Baral has been appointed to the post of Secretary at the Legislature-Parliament Secretariat according to the decision of the Secretariat Operation and Management Committee on Tuesday, the Legislature-Parliament Secretariat stated.
