National Federation of Nepal Transport Entrepreneurs Thursday directed all bus entrepreneurs to open bus ticket booking from Friday. [break]
"This arrangement is for the welfare of thousands of passengers," said Federation Treasurer Saroj Sitaula.
The Federation has planned to add 1,500 more buses this year considering the hardship passengers leaving for several destinations had faced last year.
"The additional number of buses will be in service mainly between Ghatasthapana-Navami, the time when the rush starts," Sitaula said.
According to the Federation, counters have been set up at Gongabu, Old Bus Park and Kalanki for advance ticket booking.
