Agrawal’s consistency in thinking and his faith in the assignments he undertook became his foundation of the success in life. Be it in the teaching profession, the computer institute he operated, as an auditor at United Finance Ltd, his experiences at MAW’s Skoda division or as the corporate general manager of MAW Enterprises, Agrawal focused on the need for a proper system.[break]
“System is something vital both in a business and an individual’s life,” Agrawal says. Highlighting the need of consistent thought among people, he says “I never thought that I was doing a job of an organization. Instead, my thinking always were the target I needed to meet and the quality I could give in my services.”
According to Agrawal, one should have enough patience and determination for a successful life. He says, “There was a time when my family had entangled problems regarding my further education.” Referring to this, he says, “My success counts when I’ll become able to assure that it doesn’t go the same way with the next generation of my family.” According to him, the major thing he learnt from his father, Kishan Lal Agrawal, was his patience in life. “It’s the only learning which has brought me to this point,” Agrawal shares.
Besides, a diverse man like Deepak also credits JP Agrawal, Chairman of NIMBUS, as the real mentor in his life. In his viewpoint, it was JP Agrawal who changed his ways of thinking and showed him the bigger horizons of markets.
“Life is always successful when it’s lived positively. Meanwhile, one should also spare ample time with one’s family members and other circles,” Agrawal ends.
