NEPALGUNJ, June 3: At least four Nepalis, who had reached Thailand in search of better job opportunity, have been stranded there.

Rijwan Rai, Tilak Ram Dhobi, Mohan Dhobi and Prem Dhobi of Banke have requested authorities concerned to rescue them, according to Sabir Rai, the brother of Rijwan Rai.

Sabir had come to know about their situation through letters sent by the four to their family members. Bishwa Bijay Singh of Piprahawa, Banke, had allegedly taken 10 people, including the four, to Thailand a month ago promising placement in a juice company. They had reached Thailand via New Delhi. However, upon reaching there, Singh and six others fled, leaving the four stranded.
