According to the District Police Office, two persons traveling on a motorbike, who were en route to Bhantabari from Inaruwa, met with an accident on Haripur section of the road. The duo, seriously injured in the accident, died on way to hospital.
Police identified the deceased as Mahesh Kumar Saha (20) of Narsing-7 and Man Kumar Saha (30) of Gautampur VDC. Both of them were heavily drunk at the time of the accident, the police said.
