Engineer Akarshan Pokharel announces candidature from Kathmandu-4

KATHMANDU, June 21: Engineer Akarshan Pokharel has announced to contest from Kathmandu Constituency No. 4 as an independent candidate in the upcoming election.

Pokharel announced his candidature at a candidacy announcement program held in Kathmandu this morning. He said that he would never lose in politics even if he is defeated in the election mathematically.
