DoTM opens route permits across the nation from Ghatasthapana to Purnima for Dashain

KATHMANDU, Sept 25: Route permits for passenger vehicles will be open across Nepal from Ghatasthapana to Purnima, as per a decision made during a stakeholders' meeting at the Department of Transport Management on Tuesday.

The meeting also decided to begin advance ticket bookings from September 28.

According to the department, while route permits will be available for passenger vehicles throughout Nepal during this period, restrictions on specific types and sizes of vehicles on certain roads will still remain in effect due to the unique conditions of those roads.
