Increasing number of vehicles plying roads in Kathmandu as govt eases lockdown (with photos)

KATHMANDU, May 10: As an attempt to ease the lockdown enforced to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus disease in the country, the government has introduced a ‘timecard system’ for vehicles effective from Sunday.
