CIAA files graft cases against 39 govt staffers including three under secys

KATHMANDU, Nov 24: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority on Sunday filed cases against 38 government employees including three under secretaries for their alleged irregularities in issuing driving licenses to 1284 persons in 2012.
