Graft-case filed against 16 individuals for transferring land ownership illegally

KATHMANDU, Dec 24: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Monday filed a graft case at the Special Court against 16 individuals including Kamal Prasad Timalsina, chief of Land Revenue Office, Chabahil for their alleged involvement in transferring the land ownership illegally.
