Sugar mill takes excuse in budget to halt farmers' dues

SARLAHI, June 3: The Indu Shankar Sugar Mill has halted the payment to the sugarcane farmers, stating that it needed time to analyze the effects on the industry that the budget for Fiscal Year 2018/19 could make.
