By dieting, we mean the practice of eating food in a regulated and supervised manner to decrease, maintain, or increase body weight and also to prevent and treat diseases, such as diabetes. When you are on diet, either to lose excess weight or to make yourself fit and healthy, you are meant to follow certain regime every day that includes exercise too. A weight-loss dieting is categorized as low fat, low carbohydrate, and low calorie, and more fiber intake.
