IMS Group invests in Nepali e-commerce platform, SmartDoko

KATHMANDU, June 29: IMS Group, a conglomerate company based in Nepal, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantial stake of SmartDoko for an undisclosed amount.
