Woody Allen told Alec Baldwin during a live interview Tuesday on Instagram that he is mulling ending his movie-making career, saying directing has lost its luster.

A documentary series examining Woody Allen and Mia Farrow’s doomed relationship and its fallout, including allegations that he sexually abused a daughter, will air on HBO.

An independent publisher released a memoir by movie director Woody Allen on Monday after it was dropped by another outlet following protests over a decades-old allegation that Allen molested his daughter.

An upcoming memoir by Woody Allen is being blasted by two of his children, daughter Dylan Farrow and author-journalist Ronan Farrow. Dylan Farrow, who alleged Allen molested her as a child in the early 1990s, calls the upcoming release “deeply upsetting.” Allen has denied any wrongdoing, and he was never charged after two separate investigations.

Woody Allen and Amazon end legal battle

Woody Allen and Amazon.com have ended their legal battle. The filmmaker had sued Amazon in February after the online giant ended his 2017 contract without ever releasing a completed film, “A Rainy Day in New York.”

Filmmaker Woody Allen's adopted daughter Dylan Farrow, who leveled sexual molestation allegations against him, slammed actor Scarlett Johansson supporting the director.

Scarlett Johansson says she’s standing by Woody Allen because, “I believe him.” Much of Hollywood has distanced itself from the filmmaker since the MeToo movement prompted a re-examination of child sexual abuse allegations from his now-grown daughter, Dylan. Michael Caine, Timothee Chalamet and Greta Gerwig are among the actors who have publicly expressed regret over working with him.

Woody Allen sued Amazon Studios on Thursday, saying he deserves at least $68 million in damages over their refusal to distribute his completed film “A Rainy Day in New York” and their decision to abandon a four-picture production and distribution arrangement.
