Nembang says constitution should not be amended for personal benefits

KATHMANDU, Feb 24: Standing committee member of ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Suvash Chandra Nemwang on Monday stated that the constitution should not be amended just for the sake of personal benefits.
