National Assembly passes citizenship bill again, without changes

KATHMANDU, Sept 3: The National Assembly has passed the Nepal Citizenship (First Amendment) Bill, 2079 with majority of votes. Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand tabled the bill in the upper house of the federal parliament on Friday.
