'Jokhana' conveying the plight of a woman

The drama 'Jokhana' is being staged at Manadala Theatre, Anamnagar from March 22. The drama is an adaptation of a story by Biyash Rai. It is from his story collection 'Hiumajhi’, and is directed by Kiran Chamling Rai. Rajan Mukarung has transformed the story to drama.
Junkiri takes Mandala Theatre to West Nepal

KATHMANDU, Oct 3: A group of artists from Mandala Theatre is on a tour of western Nepal. According to a press statement released by Mandala Theatre, the mobile theatre titled ‘Smritiko Lagi Ghumti Rangamanch Bhraman’ will showcase the drama ‘Nauffrine Bhyaguto’, with an aim to express solidarity with the communities affected by the conflict.
