Student union warns of smearing black soot on NOC employees’ faces if petroleum price hike decision is not rolled back

KATHMANDU, Oct 31: Members of the student union affiliated with CPN (Revolutionary Maoists) have staged a protest, demanding that the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) withdraw the decision to hike the prices of fuel.
