KATHMANDU, July 17: The annual report of the Supreme Court for the fiscal year 2022/23 has been submitted to President Ram Chandra Paudel on Sunday.
Chief Justice Hari Krishna Karki presented the report to the President amid a program at the Office of the President-Shital Niwas- in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu.
Article 138 of the Constitution of Nepal mandates that the annual reports of the Supreme Court, Judicial Council and Judicial Service Commission should be submitted to the Head of the State by the Chief Justice who also chairs the Judicial Council.
