KATHMANDU, June 17: The final selection of the women's Kabaddi team for the 19th Asian Games to be held in Hangzhou, China has been completed.
A total of 12 Kabaddi players have been selected for the tournament, according to Chief Coach Parbati Rai.
Those selected to represent Nepal in the event are Manamati Bista of Nepal Police, Srijana Kumari Tharu of Lumbini Province, Ganga Ghimire of Nepal Army, Raveena Chaudhary and Jayanti Badu of Armed Police Force (APF), Menuka Rajbanshi and Anuja Kulung Rai of Nepal Army, Sunita Thapa of APF, Neetu Gurung of Nepal Police, Kalawati Pant of Sudur Paschim Province, Isha Rai of Nepal Army and Arpana Chaudhary of Nepal Police.
