BIRATNAGAR, Nov 25: Nepali Congress (NC) candidate Kedar Karki has been elected to the provincial assembly from Morang-6 (B).
While Karki won by securing 10,448 votes, his closest competitor, Parshuram Basnet of the CPN-UML, secured 9,268 votes.

Karki had also won the 2074 election from this constituency. Karki is also the Minister for Internal Affairs and Law of Province 1.
