KATHMANDU, July 31: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has re-appointed Janardan Sharma as the finance minister on the recommendation of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
According to the President's Office, Sharma has been re-appointed to the post, which was held by Prime Minister Deuba after Sharma resigned from the post.
President Bhandari, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, has re-appointed Sharma as the finance minister as per Article 76 (9) of the Constitution of Nepal.
Sharma will take the oath of office and secrecy today at 5:30 PM.
