33 pc population to be vaccinated within mid-October

KATHMANDU, August 10: More than one-third of the population in Nepal will be vaccinated against COVID-19 by mid-October, according to the Family Welfare Division under the Ministry of Health and Population. The Division has reached this conclusion on the basis of the dose of vaccine that has been imported so far and the vaccine that is due to arrive in Kathmandu by mid-October.

SINDHUPALCHOWK, August 10: The massive flood that occurred on June 16 damaged roads, and suspension and motorable bridges in the western belt of Sindhupalchowk. KATHMANDU, August 9: An 80-year-old Seti Gajurel, a resident of Tarakeswar Municipality-3 in Kathmandu, has publicized a 30-feet long banner with a painting of Lord Gautam Buddha from the top of the Dharahara tower. The painting was made in collaboration by famous Nepali artists.
