Transparency International has released its 2018 Corruption Perceptions Index which measured perceived public sector corruption in 180 countries and territories on a scale of 0 to 100 where 0 means “highly corrupt” and 100 means “very clean”.
Across the world, 49.3 percent of people live in some form of democracy with only 4.5 percent living in full democracies. That’s according to a new study spanning 165 countries conducted by The Economist Intelligence Unit.
