RUKUM EAST, Aug 10: The entire village of Sinse rural municipality-3 in the district has been reeling without electricity for the past three days. The 25 kVA transformer set up in the village saw technical glitches that resulted in electricity disruption.

Earlier, the residents of Kareti had to walk for three hours to receive any kinds of government service but now they are obliged to walk for six to seven hours to the rural municipality.
