KHOTANG, July 8: Bishwonath Niraula of Khotang, Makpa was a secondary-level teacher until he resigned from the post on April 17. His role has now changed after he was elected as the chairperson of Ainselukharka Rural Municipality on June 30. Niraula, who was picked by Nepali Congress (NC) for the post defeated his opponent by 403 votes.
